Eye glasses clinics in China

This year GP invited an eye doctor and went to ten elementary schools and one tutoring center in two counties. More than 1,700 children were tested using eye charts. Our volunteer doctor examined roughly 10% of all the students and prescribed eye glasses for about 5%. Global Partners bought and gave prescription glasses to 90 elementary school children in these small towns and rural areas.
